Removing of Iron from Aluminum Sulfate Solution

摘要 利用高锰酸钾作氧化剂对含铁硫酸铝溶液进行除铁试验研究,探讨了溶液pH、氧化剂用量、硫酸铝溶液浓度等因素对除铁效率的影响。试验确定的最佳的除铁工艺条件为:溶液pH为3.0,溶液中硫酸铝质量分数为30%,反应时间15 min,反应温度(100±5)℃。产品中铁质量分数可降至0.27%。用X射线衍射表征了产品结构。 The process of removing iron from aluminum sulfate solution using KMnO4 as oxidant was studied. The influence of pH value, dosage of oxidant, concentration of aluminum sulfate solution on removing iron were studied. The obtained optimum conditions were that the pH value is controlled at 3, mass fraction of aluminum sulfate in solution is 300%, reaction time is 15 minute, reaction temperature is (100±5)℃. The mass fraction of iron in aluminum sulfate product can be decreased to 0.27 %. Structure of the product was characterized by X-ray diffraction.
