摘要
①目的观测血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂氯沙坦对充血性心力衰竭病人左心室收缩功能的影响.②方法 46例充血性心力衰竭病人均口服氯沙坦50～100 mg/d,共4周,对治疗前后左心室收缩功能的变化进行超声心动图检测.③结果治疗后病人左心室内径和左心室质量指数明显减小(t=3.522、4.342,P<0.01),左心室射血分数和心指数明显增加(t=3.658、3.734,P<0.01).④结论氯沙坦能够在一定程度上改善充血性心力衰竭病人左心室收缩功能.
Objective To investigate the effects of Losartan on left ventricular systolic function in patients with conges- tive heart failure. Methods An echocardiography was performed to evaluate left ventricular systolic function in 46 patients with congestive heart failure after treatment with oral losartan （50-100 mg dally） for four weeks. Results After the treatment, left ventricular diameter and left ventricular mass index were significantly decreased （t=3. 522,4. 342 ; P〈0.01）, while left ventrieular ejection fraction and cardiac index were increased markedly （t=3. 658,3. 734;P〈0.01）. Conclusion Losartan can improve left ventricular systolic function in patients with congestive heart failure.
