摘要
外资商业企业在中国市场加速扩张,引起很多诸如要不要保护民族商业的争论。本文认为要正确评估外资商业企业在中国的发展状况,正确看待“麦肯锡预言”,外资商业企业尽管强悍如狼,但并不能对本土商业构成致命威胁。本土零售商应在与强者竞争中壮大自己,打造民族的商业品牌。
Merchandising of the foreign capitals expending with higher speed on the Chinese market, cause a lot discuss such as protect the dispute of the national commerce . This text thinks that will assess the state of development in China merchandising of the foreign capitals correctly, treat “McKinsey's prophecy” correctly,though the merchandising of the foreign capitals is intrepid like the wolf,but can not constitute deadly threat to commerce of native . The retailer of native country should strengthen oneself in competing with mightiness ,make the national commercial brand.
