在工程质量通病防治方面,建筑外墙渗漏问题是一个较为突出的问题,到目前仍未能很好解决,已越来越引起业内人士的重视。加强对建筑外墙渗漏防治的技术管理,对提高住宅建设工程质量,具有非常大的现实意义和必要性。

The water seepage of the exterior wall of building is very common. This problem could not be easily resolved until now , therefore, it attracts more and more attention. It is important to improve the quality of the building and enhance the technical management of seepage-proofing for the exterior wall of the building. This paper proposes the seepage-proofing methods and steps for the exterior wall of the building in the processes of building a house.
