摘要
从90年代开始,建筑行业出现了一种新型的项目管理模式——Partnering,它在成本、质量、工期控制显著的管理成效使之很快在很多发达国家中得到普及应用,本文将介绍该管理模式的主要内容,并探讨在中国建筑项目中借鉴它的可能性。
Partnering has been used successfully since the early 1990's in construction contracting by both the private and public sectors in various countries. The results of implementing Partnering have been extremely impressive. Cost overruns, performance delays/delinquencyes, claims, and litigation have essentially been eliminated. The objective of this article is to introduce how this model runs and the possibilities we can apply to China's construction projects.
