摘要
结合具体的工程概况,对其具体的规划基本构思作了探讨,根据地形高差和功能要求,提出规划设计应遵循以人为本的理念,力求构建成特色明显、环境优美的滨水住宅小区。
Combined with practical work the basic ideas for planning of residential quarter are discussed. According to the requirements on land configuration and functions the idea regarding human being as the basis is presented in order to create typical residential quarter with special features and beautiful environment in riverside area.
