The human kallikrein 10 gene and steroid hormone regulation in cancer

摘要 Kallikrein 10(KLK10)是新近发现的Kallikrein家族成员之一,编码一分泌性丝氨酸蛋白酶(hK10)。KLK10在乳腺癌、前列腺癌与睾丸癌表达下调或完全缺失,而在卵巢癌中呈异常高表达。最近研究发现,KLK10与KLK6、KLK8在胃癌、结直肠癌组织中呈平行高表达,且受类固醇激素调控。提示KLK10可能作为类固醇激素下游靶点,参与肿瘤发生发展。
