剂量密集化疗及其在恶性肿瘤中的应用
Dose-dense chemotherapy in malignant tumors
摘要
剂量密集化疗是指每次用药剂量不变的情况下,缩短每次用药之间的时间间隔。它是基于人类肿瘤Gompertzian曲线生长原理而提出来的。现探讨剂量密集化疗理论基础、剂量密集与剂量强度及剂量升级的关系,以及近年来剂量密集化疗在乳腺癌、非霍奇金淋巴瘤、头颈部等肿瘤中的应用。
