摘要 早期诊断和准确分期是提高食管癌生存率的关键,传统的影像学检查对食管癌的诊断、分期、疗效评价及预后评估存在一定的局限性,作为生物影像,18F-FDGPET现已广泛应用于临床,现综述其在食管癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值。
