摘要 目前,在国外125I粒子组织间永久种植已广泛应用于各种恶性肿瘤的治疗,尤其是用于前列腺癌的治疗已相当成熟,但在腹部肿瘤的治疗方面仍在探索中。现就125I粒子的应用现状、治疗的特点、优势、植入的剂量概念、原则及方式等方面作一综述。
