原发性胆管癌的新辅助疗法

摘要 复习近年来关于原发性胆管癌外科治疗的文献可以发现,单纯的根治性手术甚至扩大根治术并未能进一步提高术后生存率。因此,除手术外的辅助性治疗的重要和必要性日益得到重视,现综述原发性胆管癌辅助性治疗的进展。
