保留齿线分段缝扎加肛垫悬吊治疗多发性混合痔

Application of the Combined Technique of Dental Line Preservation, Segmental Suture ＆ Ligation plus Anal Cushion Suspension in the Treatment of Multiple Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨一种不损伤齿线区感觉性上皮，维持肛垫正常位置，并能有效去除病灶的治疗多发性混合痔手术方式，对40例多发性混合痔采用保留齿线分段缝扎加肛垫悬吊术。并与40例传统外剥内扎术对比观察。该手术在术后疗效、愈合时间、术后并发症的发生率，直肠肛门反射及对肛管静息压的影响均优于传统外剥内扎术。结果显示。保留齿线分段缝扎加肛垫悬吊术治疗多发性混合痔．疗效好．并发症少，对肛门直肠功能影响小。

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the combined technique which could preserve the sensory epithelium in the dental line area,maintain the normal position of anal cusion, and effectively remove the lesion. Fourty patients with multiple mixed hemorrhoids underwent surgical treatment of the combined technique（group A） ,while another 40 patients with multiple mixed hemorrhoids underwent traditional surgical treatment of external dissecting ＆ internal ligating procedure（group B）. As results,the postoperative therapeutic effect,healing duration of time,the occurrence rate of complications, anorectal contraction reflex and anal resting pressure were better in group A than that in group B. It is suggested that this combined technique can ensure a better therapeutic effect, less complication and more complete anorectal function.
