构建和谐社会必须注重加强农民素质教育

Constructing Harmonious Society Must Pay Attention to Enhancing the Making Education of Peasantry

文章就构建和谐社会与加强农民素质教育之关系进行了论述。构建和谐社会的重点是解决农民问题,但总体看来,目前我国农民的素质还相对较低,这势必影响构建和谐社会目标的实现。为此应该采取的主要措施有:在促进城乡交流的基础上提高农民素质;实现农村免费义务教育,为构建和谐社会提供政策支柱;加强提高农民社会主义市场经济意识方面的教育;大力发展农村职业教育和义务教育;发展文化事业、加强法治建设等。

This article makes a dissertation on the relationship between constructing harmonious society and enhancing the making education of peasantry. The emphasis of constructing harmonious society is solving the problems about peasantry. However, in general, the making of peasantry in China is not relatively good at present, which certainly will influence on the fulfillment of the goal of constructing harmonious society . It is necessary to take good measures to solve it, for example, enhancing the making of peasantry on the base of promoting the communication between city and country, fulfilling free compulsory education in country in order to provide the mainstay of policy for constructing harmonious society, reinforcing the education on enhancing peasantry＇s consciousness of market economy of socialism, developing vocational education and compulsory education in country forcefully, developing cultural cause and reinforce the construction of legal system, etc.
