社会的变革、形势的发展对高等学校管理思想、观念、内容和组织形式都提出了更高的要求,作为高校教育工作重要组成部分的学生管理工作,也面临着前所未有的新挑战。因此,应反思高等学校的学生管理工作,更新观念,努力思考,积极探索新时期高校学生管理工作的新思路,不断树立符合时代发展的新的、正确的管理理念。

The changes of the society and the development of the situation bring new and stricter demands for the thought, conception, content and form of the superior college. As a result, students management, as one of the most important parts of the college educational work, is also confronted with unprecedented challenges. Therefore, we need to reconsider the college students management, renew the conception, strive to make new consideration, search positively after the new way of the students management in a new era, and continuously create new and correct ideas of the management according to the development of times.
