摘要
P53肿瘤抑制基因参与细胞对辐射的反应。本文研究了P53转基因鼠受不同剂量γ射线照射后对骨髓成纤维细胞集落形成和骨髓细胞染色体畸变率的影响。结果显示:纯合子型P53转基因鼠具较高的辐射抗性,其集落生存率高于野生型和杂合子型;染色体分析结果表明:纯合子型P53转基因鼠的畸变率高于另两基因型鼠。
The p53 tumour suppressor gene is an important participant in the cellular response to ionizing rediation. Th is paper has studied the effects of colony-forming unit-fibroblast(CFU-F)and chromosome aberration induced by different dose Gamma rays on p5 3 transgenic mice bone marrow.The results showed that the viability of CFU-F and chromosome aberration rate are higher in homozygous type mic6 than in heterozygous and wild type mice.These suggested that homozygous type mice have higher resistant to radiation.
