I was deeply impressed by the July edition of China Today. Theshocking articles about the War of Resistance and the infamous Nan- jing massacre describe unforgettable, tragic events in history. These events are not merely an episode in a nation＇s history. They remain a common lesson for all humankind in being a never-fading shame for one nation and an everlasting tragedy for another.
