高效液相色谱法测定人参茎叶总皂苷胶囊中人参皂苷Re的含量

Determination of Content of Panaxsaponin Re in Capsule of Ginseng Stem Leaf Total Saponin by HPLC

目的:应用高效液相色谱法对人参茎叶总皂苷胶囊中的人参皂苷 Re 进行了含量测定。方法:选用HypersilC_(18)分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为203nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:线性范围:16～16.0μg(r=0.9999)平均回收率为99.2%,RSD 为1.0%。结论:本法简便,灵敏、准确。

Objective： Make use of high- efficient liquid chromatography to determine the content of panaxsaponin Re in capsule of ginseng stem leaf total saponin, Methods： Select HypersilC4 analytical column （250mm ＊ 4.6mm, 5μm）, acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution（20： 80）for mobile phase, Detection wavelength is 203nm, flow rate is 1.0ml/min.Results： linear range; 1.6- 16.0μg, average recovery 99.2% ,RSD： 1.0% .Conclusion： this method is convenient sensitive and accurate.
