摘要
目的:通过利用环糊精β-包合盐酸雷尼替丁,提高盐酸雷尼替丁的稳定性。方法:分别采用超声波法、磁力搅拌法及研磨法包合,并对包合物及其分解物进行紫外分光光度法鉴定。结果:研磨法制备包合物的收率最高。经验证,包合物利用紫外分光光度法无吸收峰,包合物分解物利用紫外分光光度法在229nm 和314nm 处有吸收。结论:研磨法可使β-环糊精包含盐酸雷尼替丁,提高盐酸雷尼替丁的稳定性。
Objective: Improve the stability of Ranitidine Hydrochloride by preparing of Ranitidine Hydrochloride in β- CD. Methods: Separately adopt ultrasonic wave method, magenefic force blend the method an grinds the method pack matches, and match to the pack thing and its decomposition things proceed to show minute details to authenticate with purple outside cent light intensity of light method. Results: grinding the method accept rate is tallest, the pack metches the thing make use of the purple and outside cent linght intensity of light method has no the absorption peak, the pack matches the thing resolves thing make use of the purple and outside cent linght intensity of light method have the absorption with the 314nm at the 229nm. Conclusion: Grinds the method can be made β - CD a stability for matching Ranitidine Hydrochloride, increasing Ranitidine Hydrochloride.
