摘要
我国服务业的就业特征是,总体上来看,就业人口总量及其占全社会就业人口的比重不断提高,但就业比重一直低于产值比重,结构偏离度为负值,这表明服务业存在一定的就业空间;从服务业内部的就业结构来看,传统服务业的就业空间越来越小,对劳动力素质要求较高的现代服务业则存在一定的发展空间。因此,我们应采取有效措施,优化服务业的就业结构,以充分发挥其就业主渠道的作用。
The China's service industry takes in more and more employees in recent years. But the proportion of service industry in employment is lower than that in GDP; the disparity that is called structural bias is negative which indicates the service industry still has great employment opportunities. Observing on service industry's internal structure, employment capacity of the so-called traditional service industry is decreasing, however, the modern service industry, which requires more intelligence will grow fast in the future. This paper concludes that, measures should be taken to upgrading service industry' employment structure, which will contribute to better employment condition.
