乳癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α的表达

Expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α in breast cancer tissue and its relationship to angiogenesis

摘要 目的:探讨乳癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白的表达。方法:选取68例乳癌组织石蜡标本(其中有淋巴结转移癌43例;组织学分级Ⅰ级16例,Ⅱ级27例,Ⅲ级25例)。应用免疫组化S-P法检测其中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达。结果:乳癌组织中HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率54.4%(37/68),VEGF阳性表达率61.8%(42/68);有淋巴结转移的乳癌组织中2者表达高于无转移组(P<0.05);癌组织分化越差,2者表达越高。乳癌组织中HIF-1α与VEGF的表达有高度一致性。结论:HIF-1α在乳癌组织中存在着过表达,HIF-1α可作为乳癌治疗的新靶点。 Aim: To study the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in breast cancer tissue, Methods: Expression of HIF-1α in 68 cases of breast cancer (including 43 cases with lymph node metastasis) tissue was examined using S-P immunohistoehemistry. Results: The positive expression rate of HIF-1α protein was 54% in breast cancer tissue and the positive expression rate of VEGF was 61%. The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF in breast cancer tissue in distant-metastasis group were obviously higher than those without (P 〈 0. 05) ;the poorly differentiated tumor tissue had higher HIF-1α expresion. Expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF in breast cancer tissue were consistent. Conclusion: Overexpression of HIF-1α in breast cancer tissue is observed. HIF-1α can be used as an early diagnostic marker and the novel target for breast cancer treatment.
