食管癌高发区食管癌组织碘染不同着色区多种蛋白的表达

摘要 目的:探讨食管癌高发区不同食管病变组织中多种蛋白表达的变化与碘染色的关系。方法:对食管癌手术切除标本进行碘染色处理,于碘染色和碘不染色区域分别对应取样,检测组织中E-cadherin、Cyclin D1、C-erbB-2、MUC-1、P21、C-met蛋白的表达水平。结果:碘不染区的病变程度较重,尤其是原位癌仅出现在碘不染区。MUC-1、E-cadherin、C-erbB-2及C-met蛋白的表达与碘染色无关;P21蛋白在碘染区、Cyclin D1于碘不染区的阳性检出率更高。结论:食管癌变早期P21及CyclinD1蛋白表达的变化可能与糖原代谢调控有关。 Aim : To study the molecular changes in positive and negative iodine staining esophageal tissue from the esophageal carcinoma(EC) high risk area. Methods:The esophageal mueosa of the surgically reseeted primary EC specimens was stained by 2% Logo's iodine solution. The expression levels of E-cadherin, Cyelin D1 , C-erbB-2, MUC-1 , P21 , C-met were detected in the stained and unstained mueosa. Results : The expressions of MUC-1 , C-erbB-2, C-met and E-cadherin in stained tissue were similar to those in unstained tissue. The expression of P21 in stained tissue was higher,and that of Cyclin D1 in stained tissue was lower than those in unstained tissue,respectively. Conclusion: The changes of P21 and Cyclin D1 expression level in early esophageal carcinogenesis may be involved in the regulation of glycogen.
