摘要
目的:探讨光损伤早期视网膜感光细胞病理改变的特征。方法:健康无眼病SD大鼠15只,随机分为3组,其中1组不接受光照作为正常对照组,另外2组为实验组,分别以2800Lux强度白光持续照射3h和6h造成视网膜光损伤,采用透射电镜观察视网膜感光细胞的病理改变。结果:持续光照6h大鼠的视网膜感光细胞出现显著的病理改变,主要表现为核固缩、染色质边集、核膜内陷以及线粒体和外节膜盘正常结构的破坏。结论:光损伤早期视网膜感光细胞的超微结构即受到破坏并发生凋亡。
Aim : To investigate the pathological features of photoreceptors at the early stage after light-induced retina injury, Methods: Fifteen SD rats without any eye disease were randomly allocated into 3 groups, One group which was not exposed to light was taken as normal control, The other 2 groups ( experimental groups) were induced retinal light injury by exposed to constant white light with intensity of 2800 Lux for 3 h or 6 h, respectively. The pathological changes of photoreceptors were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: After 6 h exposure, obvious pathologic changes including nuclear shrinkage, chromatin margination, nuclear notch and the destruction of the mitochondria and outer segment membrane disc were observed in the photoreceptors. Conclusion: At the early stage of light-induced retina injury, photoreceptors develop uhrastructural destructions and result in apoptosis.
