摘要
目的:研制一种对颧骨颧弓骨折复位准确、操作简单、创伤小、不留疤痕的骨折复位治疗器。方法:根据颧骨颧弓骨折机制和局部解剖特点,利用钩拉、撬拨杠杆原理设计复位器,通过力学试验测试其力学性能。结果:在弹性限度内颧骨颧弓骨折复位钩横钩的最大承受弹性张力为107N,竖钩的最大承受弹性弯曲载荷为356N,手柄(钩杆)抗弯弹性载荷为700N,比模拟手术操作加力试验时钩部的实际最大极限力100N大,比正常手术所需要的力(50N)大很多。结论:颧骨颧弓骨折复位钩的力学性能,完全能够满足颧骨颧弓骨折复位操作的性能要求。
Aim: To develop a diaplastic applicance used for the fracture of zygomatic arch in cheekbone which possesses characteristics such as precise diaplasis, simple operation, minor wound and no scar. Methods: On the basis of the fracture mechanism of zygomatic arch in cheekbone and anatomical characteristics,a diaplastic clasp was designed according to levering principle. Its mechanical properties was measured by mechanical testing. Results: In elastic limit of the diaplastic clasp of zygomatic arch in cheekbone, the maximal elastic tensility that transverse clasp endured was 107 N, the maximal elastic bending load that erect clasp endured was 356 N, and the elastic load of the handle( hooked pole)was 700 N. All the values were higher than practical greatest limit force of clasp ( 100 N) in simulant operation, and higher than that in the operation needed (50 N ). Conclusion : The designed mechanical properties of the diaplastic clasp of zygomatic arch in cheekbone could completely meet the demand of diaplastic operation of the fracture of zygomatic arch in cheekbone.
