摘要
设计了一种新型的导流旋流叶轮,对其进行实验研究与理论分析,获得最佳结构参数,进而设计了一种用于矿山气动系统的横管式导流旋流分离器,实验测试该分离器具有阻力小,分离效率高的特点,显著提高气动设备的可靠性。
A new type of cyclone vane wheel is designed and studied by both theoretical analysis and test in the paper, from which optimal structural parameter is concludes. Based on this, a kind of horizontal pipe cyclone separator used for pneumatic system in coal mine is developed. Test shows that the separator has less resistance and higher separating efficiency, and reliability of pneumatic equipment can be improved obviously once separator is actually applied to industrial pneumatic system.
