摘要
研究了采煤机滚筒截煤时所受的载荷分布情况,提出了用于煤机零部件强度校核的载荷计算方法。基于平均截割阻力模型,采用仿真算法,匹配截割电机额定转矩,反推出煤岩阻抗强度和滚筒的整体受力情况。基于Matlab环境,开发了一套滚筒载荷仿真分析软件。
The paper studies load distribution status on shearer cutting drum while it works, puts forward load calculation method used for strength verification of parts of mining machine. Based on average cutting resistance modal, rated torque of cutting motor is matched with simulation algorithm to reversely calculate impedance strength of coal- rock and integrated stress situation of cutting drum. Moreover, a set of simulation analysis software for load of cutting load is developed on basis of Matlab.
