摘要
针对新型的机械手肋骨冷弯机,提出了以可编程控制器(PLC)为中心的控制系统,实现了对该机的进料、夹紧、夹松、弯曲、回弹等操作的程序控制,讨论避让、时间控制、回弹问题的处理方法,该控制系统工作稳定可靠,满足使用要求。
A control system is built for new type PLC frame bending machine with machine hands for shipbuilding. The operations of the machine are controUed according to the program, such as feeding forward, clamping, unclamping, bending, spring-back. Special procedures are put forward for escaping, time control for unclamping, and spring-back. The system works stably and meets the requirements.
