在全面建设小康社会的新阶段,我们党创造性地提出了以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观。这既是我党对历史与现实经验反思和总结的成果,又是进一步揭示经济社会发展的客观规律而作出的涉及党和国家指导思想的新的重要结论。其中,“以人为本”是这一新的科学发展观的核心。坚持以人为本,是破解当代中国经济社会发展难题的钥匙,它指明了深化经济体制改革、完善社会主义市场经济体制的方向,明确回答了我国社会发展的目的和道路问题,具有重大的时代意义和深远的历史意义。

During the new stage of development and abolishment of western humanism and China＇s traditional constructing well-off society, our party has creatively proposed the ＂human-centered＂ developing viewpoint. This is not only the ＂people-centered＂ thought,but also the succession and development of Maxism and a new way to deal with problems in accordance with China＇s reality. It is the scientific understanding of the society＇s law of development. It is the action program and scientific guide to the modernization construction during the new stage.
