With the regress of Hong Kong and Macao, the problem of area conflict is becoming obvious. The application of public order reservation system in China private area laws is one of the main concerning of scholars. This paper will probe into the theory of the application of public order reservation system in area conflict. With the reference of actuality of our national lawmaking, we provide instructional advice to the actual use of the public order reservation system in China area conflict, which on the basis of lawmaking and judicature of the multi-law dimensional countries.
