摘要 近年来,图书馆人力资源管理愈来愈受到图书馆界的重视,知识管理是新形势下图书馆通过不断获取高素质人力资源,并使其参与到图书馆各项活动中去,发挥其潜能,把图书馆工作人员的全部心力和体力充分调动起来,做好图书馆工作非常有效的管理方法。当前,图书馆人力资源管理现状仍然比较严峻,必须用知识管理的方法和手段在管理中引入竞争机制,建立起激励机制和淘汰机制,才能使图书馆适应社会发展的需要。 In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to human resources management in the field of library. Knowledge management is a very efficient method of library management under the present situation, which could be achieved through constant absorbing high-quality human resources. It encourages them to take active part in all the activities in the library and develops their potentials,which can fully fire both the mental and the physical power of the working staff in the library with their enthusiasm. At present, there are still many serious problems in human resources management in the field of library. Therefore, good methods and means concerning knowledge management need to be adopted. Meanwhile, competition mechanism has to be introduced and the mechanisms of encouragement and elimination need to be set up so as to adapt to the development of the society. This paper has made an attempt to analyze the current situation of human resources management in the library and the revelations of knowledge management to the human resources construction in the library, emphasizing that the management of working staff is the kernel of knowledge management in the library.
