施必止吸收性氧化纤维素止血胶囊的止血机制研究

摘要 目的:研究施必止吸收性氧化纤维素胶囊的止血作用机制。方法:以小鼠为受试动物,测定出、凝血时间;以大鼠为受试动物,测定白陶土部分凝血活酶时间;以家兔为受试动物,测定血浆复钙时间和凝血酶原时间。结果:施必止能明显缩短小鼠的出、凝血时间和大鼠的白陶土部分凝血活酶时间,能明显缩短家兔的血浆复钙时间和凝血酶原时间。结论:施必止可能通过激活内源性和外源性凝血系统,发挥较好的止血功能。 Objective: To study the hemostatic mechanism of ShiBiZhi capsules. Methods: The ShiBiZhi capsules were supplemented to tested animals. The bleeding time and the coagulation time were measured in mice. The kaolin partial thromboplastin time (KPTT) was monitored in rats. The plasma recalcification time (PRT) and the prothrombin time (PT) were determined in rabitts. Results: ShiBiZhi capsules could significantly reduce the bleeding time, the coagulation time, the KPTT, the PRT and the PT. Condusion:ShiBiZhi capsules acted as a hemostatic by modulating both intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation system.
