摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定苯甲酸利扎曲普坦的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液-磷酸(60:40:0.1)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为225nm,柱温40℃。结果:线性范围为5.0~100μg·mL^-1(r=1.000),相对标准偏差为0.4%~0.5%。结论:本实验建立了一种灵敏、快速、准确的HPLC法测定苯甲酸利扎曲普坦的含量。
Objective: To quantify rizatriptan benzoate.Methods:The HPLC analysis were carried out using a Kromasil C18 column (150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) with column temperature of 40℃, a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfate-phosphoric acid (60:40:0. 1 ) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and a detection at 225 nm. Results : The linearity of the calibration curve was in the range of 5.0 - 100 μg·mL^-1 ( r = 1 ) with a relative standard deviations of 0.4 % - 0.5 %. Conclusion: This HPLC condition to determine rizatriptan benzoate was rapid and accurate.
