摘要 本文介绍并比较了肉鸡营养中理想蛋白质研究的不同方法,包括文献综述法、析因法、耗竭法和梯度效应实验法。结果表明,梯度效应实验法能够更准确地测定肉鸡理想蛋白质中的氨基酸比例。 The different research methods for ideal protein in broiler nutrition including literature review,factorial approach,deletion method and dose response study,were described and compared in this article.In conclusion,the dose response study method could be used to more accurately determine the ideal amino acid profile for broiler.
