摘要
L-肉碱是一种具有多种生理功能的新型添加剂。在水产饲料中添加适量L-肉碱不但可以提高饲料利用效率、降低饵料系数、加快水产动物的生长,还能节约蛋白质日粮,改善肉质。
L-camitine was a multi-physiological and bioactive additive.It could improve the utilization of feed,reduce feed coefficient ratio and promote special growth ratio of aquatic animal.It could also reduce protein feed and improve flesh of aquaculture animal.L-carnitine was a wild prospect and pollution-free additive.
