摘要
从我国联机编目的现状出发,论述了联机编目对编目工作组织管理在工作流程、质量控制、定额管理的影响,并对编目人员的素质提出了更新的要求。
Considering the present situation of online cataloging in China, the paper analyzes the influence in workflow, quality control, giving workpoints on the basis of work quotas of organizational management of cataloging work, and suggests that cataloger should be more qualified for the new trends.
