摘要 概述沙蚕毒系农药(主要为我国杀虫双)的简史、毒性、毒效学、毒动学、中毒和治疗。该系农药具激动M-胆碱受体和阻断N_2-胆碱受体的作用。骨胳肌松弛引起的呼吸麻痹是致死的主因。二巯基丙磺酸钠和二巯基丁二酸钠对杀虫双急性中毒有解救佳效,前者作用更佳。突破了国内外仅用于重金属和类金属中毒的解毒范畴。 This review deals with in general outline about the history of development , toxicity, toxicodynamics, toxicokinetics. intoxication and treatment of nereistoxin insecticides, the main kind SHA CHONG SHUANG in China. Nereistoxin insecticides possess the actions of exciting M-cholino-receptors and blocking Na-cholino-receptors. The main cause of death is respiratory paralysis due to skeletal muscular relaxation. Sodium dimercaptopropanesulphonate and sodium dimercaptosuccinate have the specific antidotal effects on their poisonings. The former is more effective than the latter antagonist. This discovery makes a break-through on the scope of poisonings of heavy metal and mrtalloids at home and abroad.
