摘要
作者将３％甘草煎和１％马钱子煎按等容量不同配伍方式给药，观察比较马钱子对小白鼠腹腔注射（ｉｐ）毒性的差异。结果唯有甘草煎和马钱子煎的混合煮沸液组与对照组比较有显著差异。说明甘草对马钱子的解毒作用，主要是通过煮沸，甘草与马钱子的毒性成分发生沉淀反应而减毒。
The semen strychni toxicity was observed and compared,when 3% Glycyrrizaedecoction(dec.)and 1% semen strychni dec,in ratio of equlity in different dispensing wereinjected intraperiteneally into mice. The results show that only the Glycyrrhizae dec. withsemen strychni dec,boiled mixture could significantly decrease the toxicitv of semen strych-毗It is suggested that by the boiling process the toxic component of semen strychni mightbe precipitated by glycyrrgizae;therefore the toxicitv of semen strvchni was decreased.
