摘要
本文对５０例口腔鳞癌的临床表现类型及其组织病理学分级进行了系统观察。临床表现类型采用上野正提出的分类方案；组织病理分级采用ＷＨＯ标准。结果表明，膨隆型和溃疡型口腔癌的组织病理分级显著高于肉芽型、白斑型和乳头型。此外，还描述了不同临床表现型的发病部位和ＴＮＭ分期。
The clinical appearances and histopathological gradings of 50 cases of oralsquamous cell carcinoma were studied.The clinical appearances were classified according tothe scheme proposed by Ueno,T.;the histopathological grading was performed accordingto the WHO standard.The resuIts showed that the histopathological grading of the swellingand ulcer types of oral carcinoma was higher than that of granular,plaquelike,and papil-lary types.In addition,the sites and TNM classification of carcinomas with different clini-cal appearances were described.
