PSCAD/EMTDC程序与MATLAB语言接口的研究

Study on PSCAD/EMTDC-MATLAB interface

电磁暂态分析程序PSCAD/EMTDC已经广泛应用于电力系统分析当中,而MATLAB语言是目前应用最广泛的数值计算软件,PSCAD/EMTDC程序与MATLAB语言接口能综合它们的优点。为此,分析了PSCAD/EMTDC-MATLAB接口的原理,并用MATLAB语言定义了PI控制器,用于STATCOM的定无功功率控制,仿真结果表明该控制器具有良好的控制效果。

PSCAD/EMTDC （electro-magnetic transient in DC system）, an electro-magnetic transient analysis program, is widely used in power system analysis, and MATLAB （mathematical modeling package） is the most popular numeric calculation software. The PSCAD/EMTDC-MATLAB interface is able to take full advantage of their merits. This paper analyzes the theory of the interface, and defines a PI controller in MATLAB, which is used in the constant reactive power control of STATCOM （static compensator）. The result of the simulation shows that the performance of this PI controller is good.
