摘要
介绍了ABB智能火焰检测系统在国华粤电台山发电有限公司的应用,该系统在安装、调试阶段运行情况良好,但是在机组投产后出现火焰检测值偏小、火检信号逐渐减弱等现象。经分析,产生上述问题的主要原因是炉膛燃烧方式与火检探头安装方式不匹配,最后提出了相应的改进措施,以保证机组的安全稳定运行。
