摘要
在大学生安全教育立法中,着重要解决的不是高校治安管理及其有关部门如何管好安全问题,而是真正让大学生知法、懂法、守法,用法律武器来维护自身合法权益的问题。
In the process of legislation for university students＇ safety education, the problem that is urgent to solve is not how to manage the security of the university and departments concerned, but to let the students be aware of the importance of understanding and abiding by the law therefore maintain their property with the help of law.
