血管紧张素II在多囊卵巢综合征中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 子宫及卵巢局部均存在独立的肾素-血管紧张素系统,其主要活性成分血管紧张素I(IAngII)可通过调节血管张力、参与新血管生成及细胞的增生与凋亡,影响子宫及卵巢的生理功能。AngII与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的发病存在密切关系。拟介绍AngII对正常卵巢生理功能的调节,以及AngII与PCOS的发病的关系,旨在为PCOS合理用药提供理论依据。
