MMPs及其抑制物在宫颈癌浸润转移中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,淋巴结转移是判断宫颈癌预后的一个独立因素,故研究其浸润转移机制对指导治疗有重要意义。肿瘤浸润转移是一个复杂的连续过程,包括细胞粘连、蛋白水解、迁移及血管生成间的相互作用。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一类锌离子依赖性蛋白酶,通过降解细胞外基质(ECM)促进肿瘤转移。现对MMPs的特性、激活机制及其在宫颈癌浸润转移中的作用做一综述。
