VEGF及其受体在生殖系统的表达和作用 被引量:15

摘要 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是最主要的血管生成调节因子。在生殖系统中,随着卵泡的周期性生长发育,卵巢的血流发生周期性的改变。VEGF通过旁分泌和自分泌的方式,经其特异性受体介导,起着调节生殖系统各器官血管产生和形成的作用,从而调节卵的成熟、受精和胚胎种植。综述关于VEGF及其受体在女性月经周期中卵巢输卵管和子宫内膜上的表达和变化,以及在体外对卵成熟的作用。
