摘要
校对是编辑后、印刷前的最后一道质量把关工序。要提高教育理论期刊的校对效率,必须重视校对前的稿件加工环节,初校侧重核对原稿,二校侧重消灭文字差错,三校侧重通览全局,人机结合校对侧重查遗补漏,付印清样对红侧重检查整体一致性。同时,期刊编辑要掌握科学的校对方法,加强点式阅读能力的训练,克服不良心理因素的干扰,劳逸结合,讲求工作节律。
After the edition, proofreading is the last quality-checking working procedure before printing. To enhance the proofreading efficiency of educational theory periodicals, we should attach importance to the manuscript processing before the proofreading. The first proofreading emphasizes particularly on check up the original manuscript; the second proofreading emphasizes the elimination of writing mistakes; the third proofreading stresses an overview of the over-all situation; the man-machine union proofreading examines the loss and makes up leaks; and the press proof inspects the overall uniformity. At the same time, the periodical editor must grasp the scientific proofreading methods, intensifies the training of reading a specific point, overcomes the disturbance of the bad psychological factors and alternates work with rest with a good work rhythm.
