摘要 目的:观察外源性白介素-1β(IL-1β)对大鼠自发活动的影响。方法:脑室注射IL-1β(60 ng/鼠,icv),以开场试验分析大鼠的自发活动。结果:脑室注射IL-1β可导致大鼠的自发活动减少。结论:脑内注射IL-1β引起大鼠的自发活动减少,但是否与抑郁症的发病有关,需进一步研究。 Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) on locomotion activity in rats. Methods: IL-1β was injected intracerebwventricularly and the locomotion activity was tested by open field test.Results:The locomotion activity on rats was decreased by intracerebroventricular injection of IL-1β. Conclusion:IL-1β can decrease locomotion activity in rats.It must be further research if relating depression.
