谈和谐社会离不开社会建设这一基本问题,那么我们该在什么意义上使用社会建设这个概念,从和谐社会的角度说,它包含两种类型,三个层次建设的内容。我们认为这是和谐社会建设的基础,此外面对当前的社会转型期协调社会利益关系,也是加强社会建设的基本内容。

The harmonious society is indispensably related to the social construction. However, In what meaning should we use the conception of social construction？ In terms of harmonious society, it can be divided into two types or three layers, which are considered as the foundation of harmonious society. Besides, during the present social-shift period, the coordination of social interests is also a basic principle of social construction.
