摘要
对以柠檬酸为络合剂,不锈钢为电极,在不同条件下电沉积CuIn膜的成分和形貌特征进行了分析。并系统讨论了温度、电流密度、pH值、络合剂、浓度、搅拌等条件对成分、形貌的影响。分析了镀层成分与工艺条件的关系,从而能根据预制膜的成分和形貌采用不同的工艺条件,得到理想的结果。
CuIn films were deposited by electrostatic on stainless steel electrode in the solution containing CuCl2,InCl3 with citric acid as complexing agents under different conditions. The composition and morphology were analyzed.The influence to composition and morphology by temperature,current density,pH value,compexing agents,concentration and whisk was discussed. The relation of layer composition and technical condition was analyzed.So according to the composition and appearance of films,different technical conditions was adopted.Under this condition,ideal result was gained.
