摘要 人与组织匹配理论是近年来人事选拔研究的新方向之一。本文介绍了人与组织匹配的概念、人与组织匹配的招聘模式及关键要素,分析了人与组织匹配招聘模式的利弊,并提出了人与组织匹配招聘模式的使用策略。
