摘要
2002年6月对深圳市场水产品中的重金属和农药含量进行了调查,结果表明:深圳市场水产品(本研究中水产品均以湿重计算)中各污染物质量分数分别为Hg0 005~0 221mg/kg,As未检出~1 210mg/kg,Pb0 4~1 6mg/kg,Cd未检出~0 33mg/kg,Cu0 1~6 4mg/kg,Cr0 02~0 49mg/kg,六六六未检出~0 041mg/kg和DDT为0 002~0 022mg/kg.参照《无公害食品有毒有害物质限量》标准发现,深圳市场水产品中超标项主要有Pb和As,所有的样品中只有红衫、罗非鱼和鱿鱼完全符合评价标准,可放心食用.另外,该市场水产品中的重金属残留量除Hg和As外,均呈软体动物、甲壳类>鱼类.
The content of heavy metal and pesticide in the aquatic product of Shenzhen market were investigated on June, 2002. The results showed that the contents of the pollutants were Hg: 0.005~0.221 mg/kg, As: ND~1.210 mg/kg, Pb: 0.4~1.6 mg/kg, Cd: ND~0.33 mg/kg, Cu: 0.1~6.4 mg,/kg, Cr: 0.02~0.49 mg,/kg, benzene hexachlofide: ND ~0.041 mg/kg and DDT: 0.002~0.022 mg/kg wet weight, respectively. Compared with “the non- environmental pollution food, the limit for the deleterious matters in the aquatic product”, we found that the pollutants beyond the stated criterion were Pb and As, and only the Scatophagus argus, Tilapia mossambica and Loligo chinensis satisfied the standard and could be safely consumed. Except Hg and As, the content of heavy metal in the mollusk and crustacea was higher than that in the fish.
