药物剂量水平的识别及其渐近分布

The Highest Dose Level for No Increased Toxicity Response in Toxicity Trial

摘要 本文在独立响应情况下考虑不会导致风险显著增加的最高剂量的估计问题,基于AIC(Akaike Inform ation Criterion)的思想提出了一个新的估计方法,给出了该估计的渐近分布。 This paper is focused on the estimation of the highest dose level for no increased toxocity response in longitudinal data. A new estimator is proposed based on the ideas of AIC( Akaike Information Criterion) and gave asymptotic distribution of the estimator.
